1. Free Tryout Lessons:

1.1. We offer free tryout lessons to give you an opportunity to experience our classes before committing to a course.

1.2. Once you register for a course after the trial lesson, the regular refund policy outlined below will apply.

2. Course Registration and Refunds:

2.1. Once you have registered and made payment for a course, the registration fee and course fees are non-refundable, except as specified in this refund policy.

2.2. We do not provide refunds for course fees once the course has commenced.

2.3. Our website clearly states the start and end dates of each course, as well as any scheduled holidays or breaks. Please review this information before registering.

3. Illness or Injury:

3.1. In the unfortunate event that you become sick or injured during the course, please notify us immediately.

3.2. We will save the remaining classes as credit for you, which can be used once you have recovered and are able to resume your dance lessons.

3.3. This credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the original registrant.

3.4. Please provide us with appropriate documentation, such as a medical certificate, to support your request for credit due to illness or injury.

4. Credit Usage:

4.1. When you are ready to resume your dance lessons, you can use the credited classes towards a future course.

4.2. Please note that the credited classes must be used within a specified period, as communicated to you by Latin Secrets Dance School.

4.3. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
